Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is your success and ours! We want you and your child to be happy with Spark & Spunk clothes.  However, we know sometimes that is not possible and we want to hear about it.  We will do what we can to make it right from taking a return and issuing a refund, to taking product feedback and incorporating it, where possible, into future clothes.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within the U.S. so long as:


1.   Items are in their original packaging, new, unused condition with all hang tags still attached to the clothes.

2.   Your return request is submitted within 21 days from the date your order arrives at its shipped to address. 

3.   Items must be shipped back within 7 days from date of return approval. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

After 21 days?
Refunds are not issued after 21 days from the date your purchase is delivered to its shipped to address.

How do I return my purchase?
To begin your return, either complete this form or email hello@sparkandspunk.com
with your order number and the reason for your return.  Once your return is registered with our company and accepted, we will email you and share next steps. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are returns free?
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return Spark & Spunk clothing. 


Damage or issues?
Sometimes accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a problem with an item, please complete the following within 10 days from the date your purchase is delivered to its shipped to address:


1.  Email hello@sparkandspunk.com
and tell us about the problem, and send us a picture/video, and include your order number.  We will set a new item aside for you.


2.   Ship back the defected item and we will send you a new product at no charge. Email hello@sparkandspunk.com
to obtain a shipping label.



Refunds?
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
